Problem with Virgin TV Control app on iPhone and iPad

Just recently my Virgin TV Control app started telling me I am not on my home network when trying to stream recorded programs from my Tivo. I can see the guide and My Shows, and even set new recordings, so my phone is connected to the Tivo over the network. One other thing I think is connected is that I had my Superhub 3 router replaced two weeks ago. I first noticed the problem a couple of days later and it seems a mighty coincidence, it was probably not working from that point, I just hadn't tried it for a couple of days. Any thoughts ?
