I've been reading through and its clear very little is done by the forum team, standard responses and none answers. Also cherry picking response which allows them to look like they are managing the forum but not actually doing anything of substance.
If there is a general issue it should be highlighted at the top of the group, and also updated when there is an actual update.
Its quite clear that this is not a user issue, its a network side issue.
