Picture freezing/stuttering watching live TNT on laptop

Hi,

I'm trying to watch TNT sports on my laptop, but the picture and sound constantly freezes/stutters. It's almost unwatchable. 

Using Chrome.  The connection is wired. Cleared the cache. Other streaming services work with no issues.

Anyone got any suggestions.

Can you advise please what site/method you're using to stream TNT Sport firstly?

Did things improve since your post yesterday morning?

Hi Tom,

I was using Chrome and the VirginTV Go website.

It carried on stuttering/freezing throughout all of the MotoGP coverage.

Can we ask if you're able to try an alternative web browser and device to see if the issue persist with TNT sports.

Have you also rebooted your hub recently. 

Is it just TNT that you're experiencing this issue with?
