I've checked my password through my Virgin TV Box and tried it on the Virgin TV go app and it keeps saying that its not recognised and locks me after 3 attempts. Any ideas because it makes no sense?
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, the password you need is the same one you use to log into your online account, this cannot be found on your TV box.
Apologies was talking about the pin not the password. Sorry for the confusion
When using the tv box this pin works fine but on the app the pin says it’s not been recognised
You could try 1234 or 0000, this is the default pin for our services.
