Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues accessing our TV Go App! I can understand that this may be quite frustrating.
In order to log into TV Go, you have to be registered for an online account with us and use the same login details to log into the TV Go App.
