On Demand Not Working For Days - Says I Need To Upgrade

This hasn't been working for days now. When I called yesterday I pointed out that Virgin had already failed to fix this by the time they said they would. The chap I spoke to said 'It will DEFINITELY be fixed by tomorrow.

I said I wasn't sure that would be the case, and surprise surprise, it still doesn't work.

Says I need to upgrade even though I have the top package.

I'm having deje vu about this. Channels have been changing on TV Go over the last few days, so Virgin are doing some kind of work, which they do not inform us of.

It's just crazy paying for something that tells you you haven't paid for it!

Explanation would be nice, as would fixing this yesterday. If it takes much longer I'm going to start missing thing.

I don't use On Demand much, but whenever I have tried to use it, it's either not working in some way or there's nothing decent on it.

Working now thankfully.

I hope we get some kind of rebate while they fix these outages....
