Not working

I cannot add virgin TV go to a Lenovo yoga tab 3.

The app will not open and says unfortunately virgin TV go has stopped .

How can I fix this.

Tried to install and reinstall etc.

What version of Android are you on?

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lgi.virgintvgo&hl=en_GB&gl=US 

Version 5.1 and up supported it appears.

Hello LaburnumHCe

Have you tried force stopping this and then rebooting the tablet?

It won't be account specific as it is working on your other device 

Which leads us to think its the tablet

I have the same laptop as you. The old app has been discontinued. If you access through a browser such as chrome you can watch from there. Also I was able to download the new app from chrome. However be warned this is nowhere near as good as the old app. Lots of buffering. Also make sure you keep the VM cookies or every time you try to watch you have to sign in which uses up your 5 allocated devices. Hope this helps.
