Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay in response. We have been very busy and doing all we can to get to each community post.
I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with watching TV Go. Are you still having these sign in issues today? If so, have you tried deleting the App and re-installing?

Are you able to pop here the full iOS version number and the version number of the App that you have installed please?

app version 2.3.54
My IOS and app version are the same and I have the exact same problem.
I was having the same problem but when I switched off the VPN I had on through my web shield it started working so switch off any VPN you have on.
Thanks for confirming the model number for us @amcnab1, that is the latest version of the app as well, so should have no problems connecting.
Have you been able to get back into the app since you last posted? If you are we can get this looked into further for.

Please could you try to log into the browser version of TV GO and let me know if that version works for you.
