Not working

Why is my virgin media tv on the go not working? And virgin refuse to answer the phone or text messages and tweets?

 

if I have no clarity today my direct debits will be cancelled and equipment will be left outside in the rain! Fed up of being ignored I spend £2000 a year and I’m sure sky will be happy to take it

I'm sure you're frustrated, but don't do anything rash that will negatively affect you - if you cancel your Direct Debit then you'll likely end up with a debt collection agency after you, a black mark against your name and it'll affect your credit rating.

And if you leave Virgin's equipment out in the rain then they could justifiably also charge you the cost of replacing it (as it's their kit that you're renting).

As for the TV Go problem - if you can explain in a bit more detail then hopefully someone on here will be able to provide some guidance.
