Not receiving all the channels

Hi forum

I haven’t had access to all my channels for well over a week now. This appears to be the case on TVGO only. I have the maxit tv xl2 yet I only have access to the freeview channels on TVGO

Hi Steetohunter and welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to hear that you've been having problems with your TV go app. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the TV go app?

 

Has this worked in the past for you and have you made any changes on your account recently?

Hi, I have tried all the methods to get it working but all have failed. It shows the sports channels when I’m not signed in but when I sign in they disappear. It seems obvious that the issue is one of virgins. The tv go is not linking all accounts properly to the correct tv packages they have.

We are now aware of an issue with the TVGO app.  We have a dedicated sticky note on the forums that has some more information on, you are able to view this here
