I am using my 4g connection and keep receiving not available in this region when trying to watch the virgin only content. I am not using a VPN.
I tried recently to see what boxsets were available using wifi and was told none available.
What is the point of this service if it will not work

Can you tell us whether you're trying to watch it in the UK and is this the TV Go App?
Are you able to log in okay and can you see any error messages?
Have you also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?
