Hi, I'm getting this error message again and can't view any channels on my desktop

Can anyone help? When it happened last time I had to clear cache/history each time and re register device but ended up using all my device allocation.

I can telly you what they're using I get the same message, here's a screenshot of it on my phone.

In the last 2 weeks this has happened on all of the on demand stuff on vrigin TV go app.

It's happening on all the shows.

And its showing the message on the app, across 3 devices.

 

I'm using the TV go app.
