Hi I wonder if someone can help I tried to sign in to TV Control and I keep getting that no account can be found don’t understand why never had this problem before Box seems okay can still access recorded programs etc

You'd originally posted in the TV360 forum - TV Control is only for TiVo/V6 customers.

The control functions of TV Control are replicated in TV Go for TV360 customers. I presume you've recently migrated from a TiVo/V6 onto TV360 - you need to use TV Go for everything, TV Control now has no purpose.

Hi I can sign in to TV control app on My iPad but each time I do it says Control Account not found I have tried all VM tips and nothing works very frustrating as it’s useful to add or delete whilst watching the TV I am at a loss can anybody help

Hi I don’t have a 360 box I have a v6 I didn’t want to change it when I renewed my contract

I have posted this again because it is very annoying I have noticed many other users are having a problem and Virgin keep churning out the solutions reinstall app network checks etc etc none of which work I will escalate this to VM on chat tomorrow this problem seems to go back a couple of years I have had my problems with VM some sorted others not there in no consistency when contacting them sometimes no help sometimes fine I find this app useful when actually watching tv I don’t have to interrupt my viewing I wish they would sort this out and if not explain why

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV control app at the moment, are you able to share a screenshot of the error that you're getting at the moment?

Are you using the primary login details to access the TV control app?

Hi totally surprised tried to re install app and surprise surprise the app is now working don’t know why another VM Mystery
