Can you confirm whether you're able to log in okay but once you've logged in, you can't see any channels whatsoever? Is it purely blank with no TV show items showing or can you see the titles but cannot watch? I'm trying to get a bigger picture in case we need to raise an IT ticket.
Also does this happen on multiple devices? I've reset your devices, can you try adding a device back on and logging in to see if it's showing anything?
Ok - logging in is very hit/miss - often get errors but i usually can log in eventually. Once logged it it shows me no channels at all on Laptop. On mobile it shows eactly the same. It tells me I need to upgrade to watch anything.
However in saying what I have said - right now I cannot log in at all. I know what my password is as I use it everyday for my e-mail. Also a colleague of yours has previously reset my password as they said this often fixes the issue (which it didn't)
