Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue logging in to TV Go. As the message suggests, you're not using the primary My VM account. You should use the details that you use to log in to My VM and view your bills. 

Please let us know how that goes and if you have further issues, we can then investigate more.
