No Channels, Tells me to upgrade

Hi 

I'm having a lot of problems with my app. Have to sign in every time whereas before I wouldn't need to. It doesn't sign in the first time. Says try again. And then once I'm in there are no channels displayed and have had this problem for a while. No channels on the website plus also no channels on my wife's device. 

Please help

How long does it generally take for someone to reply on here. It's been like 5 days since I posted this.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having difficulty accessing our App. Can we ask which App it is your using?

 

Is it the TVGo App? If so are you getting error messages or is it that the TV programmes are not loading?

 

Have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it at all?

 

Pleas can you let us know regarding the above so we can assist you further.

Hi Jodi

After reading your post on Wednesday I have tried everything I am suppose to. Now I can't even sign in, it says "Sorry - this isn't available. Oops - the service isn't available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes." I have been trying everyday and its not working, I can't log on at all now. Please suggest what should I do now.

I have this same issue.

It wont let me watch anything on lap top, but TV is fine

I have checked mine and still have the same problem. On my laptop using the website, on my phone and my wife's phone, all have the same problem.

I'm sorry you're still having this problem. 

 

Can you confirm the make and model of the handsets the app has been tried on?

My phone is an iPhone 11 and my wife's is iPhone 7. On the website I'm trying to access through Google Chrome on Windows. I'm definitely sure it can't be a device problem though.

have you been able to log on using a different device other than an apple one? Can you access this from a laptop/desktop
