I've had a look at your subscription details and have emailed someone who helps with the TV Go app to see if they can shed some light. I think there may be a mismatch with your package profiles but i'm unsure. I'll get back to you with an update once I have some news.
Thanks for the screenshots @Executiverocker. Can you confirm that you've tried signing out and back into TV Go to see if the channel appears? I've passed the information onto the Team but wanted to pre-empt them in case they asked.
