New to virgin

Hi there 

Ive just signed up for a new contract with virgin , moving from BT. We are getting the full package with sky movies, sky sport and BT sport.

Will I be able to watch these channels on a mobile device and if so what apps will I need ?

Hi @PaulT501 

A few channels and programs are restricted from viewing due to the contracts the program/channel owner agreed with VM.

If you downlaod the TVGo app you will find most channels are viewable including Sky Cinema and BT Sports (if you subscribe to them)

You will need to use iPlayer for the BBC channels.

To watch Sky Sports you will need to download the Sky Sports app and log in with your VM credentials in the sign in with Virgin UK box (screenshot below)

Go to https://www.virginmedia.com/help/services-support/apps  for support and download links for the apps.
