I’m a new customer and have just downloaded the TV on the go app to an ios14 device. Every time I try to sign in it comes up with the same error message. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but it still isn’t working. I’ve seen this issue numerous times across the board already but it’s always a PM resolution.
I only switched from Sky last week, please don’t make me anxious!
