Have got Netflix on my Oomph account, working fine on the app on the V6.

Hi @beardedian,
Thanks for getting in touch. In regards to your Netflix account, you can sign in as normal on any other device using the password you've set when configuring your Netflix on your account.
You can access your My Virgin Media and Netflix section here - if you're not sure of the password, you can reset it directly with Netflix here

This has just worked for us for the first time ever.
We've been chasing Virgin by phone for ages and they've never come back to us.
