Need device list cleared

How do I get Virgin to clear my device list?  Nothing changed and I've followed all the instructions given re cookies but for a couple of months TV Go just requests registration.  I waited to see if it would work in Feb but no luck. Paying over £100 month to Virgin and this is ridiculous.  Looking at alternatives now.  Anyone found a good replacement?  I have the whole package on TV, m on landline and L broadband.

Been with them since way before they were virgin but this is getting stupid.

Sorry to hear of the Virgin TV Go registration issues you've been experiencing but thank you for taking the time to raise this via the forum and welcome to the community!

 

We've recently made some changes in regards to the devices and registration that should have fixed the issue you've been experiencing. We've reset your devices allowance and we would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know here if you experience any further issues.
