Just like a few others it’s getting extremely concerning that virgin go has not been working. What is is the issue ?, and when will this be resolved ?

I'm so sorry for our delayed response from here, and to hear you haven't been able to use the TV GO service. Can you please expand on exactly what's happening when you try to use the app?
Have you tried using it from other devices?
