Multiple issues with TV Go

I'm having a number of issues currently with the Virgin TV Go app:

  • Some channels are missing e.g. Sky Pick
  • The sound and picture are totally out of sync on channel 4.
  • Both of my iPads were identified as a new device despite the fact they have both been used regularly for some time and are now both on my device list for the app twice. 

I'm running the latest versions of iOS and the app on both iPads.

Any suggestions?

Sky Pick is not available on VM TV Go due to the agreement between Sky and VM

Not sure about the sync issues

Multiple device registrations is usually caused by either device firmware updates or frequent clearing of device caches and cookies.
