I moved on 26.1.2021 and was assured that while waiting for the reinstall we could all use virgin TV go.
I have called and chatted with virgin and after being transferred on 3 times each call they just say I cannot log on because I am moving.
In the blurb it clearly says you can use TV go while you move.
Can someone please get us on line for this last week or credit us for 3 weeks down time....
I have 3 mobiles and the mega bundle so spend 150 a month with virgin.
