TV Go was working fine and dandy for me all weekend on both my laptop and new S10 phone. This morning HAVING CHANGED NOTHING I get a message to say I'm at maximum registered devices and I need to delete one which of course I can't do because there is no option to delete a device.
I went through the hoops only a week or so ago when a forum support chap cleared my devices that seemed to work for a while but then I had to start registering a device each time to tried to use the service.
When I was using the old app (black icon) everything worked a treat but since things have been changed for the new app then all these problems are coming up. I see from the forum I am far from the only person having problems so please get this sorted out ASAP. We pay for this and we are not getting what we pay for.
