Microsoft Edge Update has caused my devices to be deregistered on Virgin TV Go

Microsoft Edge Update has caused my devices to be deregistered on Virgin TV Go and I now have to wait until next month to try to correct this. I would like my devices re-set. Is there a way to do this?
