Maximum of devices reached

I've never been able to get Virgin TV to work on my laptop - Edge or Chrome and when I tried to watch on my laptop this evening (giving it another go - increased my bill by 50%, so to say I'm unimpressed is an understatement), I get "Maximum of devices reached". I tried resetting the device a few times and now it says I can only make a change on the 1 July. Absolute joke. Time to cancel methinks

same here. Never been able to get Virgin Go working on my one and only laptop. Sky Sports works fine

Totally agree. I have the same issue and from this month also paying £153/month. Can't help feeling ripped off
