I cannot watch Virgin Tv go on my laptop. I get a message saying "Maximum of devices reached). I have called the call centre but they haven't been really helpful. The registered devices are all showing the same device. This is very inconvenient are not very user friendly. Please advise.
I was able to watch tv go on my iPhone and MacBook, now both have stopped working and I get the message. I downloaded the app for both devices. I also tried to uninstall the app and re-download it, but to no avail. I also tried to delete the cookies but nothing.
