Could it be a Windows 10 or 11 laptop that has Random Hardware addresses enabled ?
Such a setting would give the impression to a DHCP host or perhaps to a TV service that the one Laptop is a multitude of different devices.

Hi,
I think the issue was the cookie clearance I've set the site up to not be cleared going forward but does anyone know how I can register the device again before next month as it says I've reached the maximum number of registrations for this month?
