I have been trying to use both the VirginTVGo app on my PC (I know...) and Chrome, and for the last few days, EVERY TIME I tried to use VirginTVGo it said "Maximum number of devices reached". I now cannot remove a device and replace it (even though my PC is on there 3 or 4 times), and I can no longer view anything.
I've also tried Firefox but although I am entering the right username/password, nothing displays properly in the login box (the text is the same colour as the background), and the password is incorrect (even though I KNOW it isn't).
This is the third issue I've had with this app/site over the last month and a half - I have a household that don't want to watch the shows I do, and I get relegated to watching on my PC. So now I can't watch anything (again).
I'm at my limit with this...
