I would like some support regarding the issue where I'm told that I've reached the maximum number of devices please. Despite only ever logging in with one Android phone and two Windows 10 laptops. We're now at a point where we can't log any other devices until 1st January.
I have the Virgin TV Go app on my phone. However, we do use Chrome and Edge on the laptops. I have found a good thread on your forums which I have since been told from else where, is tried and tested approach. Which is to use Mozilla Firefox instead of Chrome and Edge.
