They are all the same device, and I cannot reset any of them for 5 days apparently. Has this problem been solved yet?

It took that long to receive any help that the time has already passed and the devices have already reset. And STILL no one has answered my original question.
Are you clearing your cache and cookies each time you use it say via a computer?
