I cannot log on to Virgin Media Go as I have cleared cookies on the registered device. Will I have to wait until next month to gain access? Can anyone direct me to someone who can perhaps reset these devices?
Hi Joey_27, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TVGO service, can you delete the app and reinstall to see if anything changes?
