Maximum devices reached

Hi Can someone from the forum team please help reset my devices. All 5 are saying google chrome, I was on the chat function on the website talking to Tony and then all of a sudden it was back to TerriBot. I know by reading the below posts I have to install firefox so I just need the devices reset now, thanks

My devices were reset previously but it is now asking me to register devices again and it is not playing. 

please let me know if there is something I can do to get this fixed.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your TV Go service.

 

When trying to use TV Go, are th4 devices showing registered within the device management screen?

Also, when you try to play the content, do you receive an error message at all?

Hi, 

 

this error is still happening. It shows all 4 being registered on Google chrome. I don’t get an error as it won’t play anything. 

any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
