Maximum devices reached?

Have a DELL Laptop that I have the TVGo app installed on which was working fine last night but now it says Maximum of Devices reached?

Same laptop, same OS (Windows), Same TVGo APP (not browser), nothing updated, so why am I getting this message?

It tells me in Device Management it's the current device but won't let me use it, can't change anything for another 7 days?

There is a device registered that's not even used but I can't even delete that, I don't want to be locked out of a device that was 'working' for another 7 days!!

Can someone please either delete a device for me or get this laptop recognised like it was last night!
