Max number of devices reached!

App keeps stopping telling me I’m watching on too many devices! I am not, I have four registered (the same 2 devices twice) and I am entitled to have four. This keeps happening and I am only watching on one device.

Re: Max number of devices reached!

It is happening on my two iPads. It will let me watch for a while and then it stops saying that I have reached my maximum number of devices for watching. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but with no joy. I would appreciate any help with this.

Re: Max number of devices reached!

Hi Iancampbell

Sorry to hear you're having ongoing issues with the TV Go app.

Can I ask before uninstalling/reinstalling the app, did you remove all the connected devices?  If not could you please attempt this?

Regards

Re: Max number of devices reached!

I am also having this issue, I had to re-register one of my every day devices, so also cannot keep re-registering, unless Virgin change this ridiculous rule of limiting device changes when the issue is clearly theirs.

I have a Samsung tablet and a Dell laptop, used to be able to watch TV on both, now need to sign out of one to watch TV on the other.

Sort it out Virgin!!!!

Re: Max number of devices reached!

You should be able to log in on other registered devices at any time to watch on here.

Are you registering and replacing these devices when you access this through them?

Thanks, Emily.
