App keeps stopping telling me I’m watching on too many devices! I am not, I have four registered (the same 2 devices twice) and I am entitled to have four. This keeps happening and I am only watching on one device.
It is happening on my two iPads. It will let me watch for a while and then it stops saying that I have reached my maximum number of devices for watching. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but with no joy. I would appreciate any help with this.
I am also having this issue, I had to re-register one of my every day devices, so also cannot keep re-registering, unless Virgin change this ridiculous rule of limiting device changes when the issue is clearly theirs.
I have a Samsung tablet and a Dell laptop, used to be able to watch TV on both, now need to sign out of one to watch TV on the other.
