Manage sky devices

Hi when I try to access the wepage to manage my sky devices it doesn't load up says this site can't be reached 

https://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices

 

I am on android Samsung s22 and I have tried Google chrome and another Internet browser and still does not work. I've tried it on safari on ipad and doesn't load either 

Can someone report the site?

Hi Sam

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices 

Make sure it's http and not https.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

Yeah I've always been able to access it on my android phone. Up untill recently and it just says the site can't be reached and says its taking to long I have a screen shot, I've used my normal Internet tried alternate browsers and doesn't work still 😔

I cleared the browsing history as well and still the same 😔

Any update on this ?

I tried to change my sky devices last week, but I got this error and thought it was part of the "maintenance" we had been warned about.  Trying again today and I get a blank page.

tried, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera, in normal mode and incognito / private window.  http and https protocols.

Hey poyntzj, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to see you cannot access the Sky Sports app. 

How many devices have you got connected to it? You could have gone over the limit.

What are you getting as an error code?

Is your phone / other devices all updated to the latest software?
