When I try and manage the Tivo box I get a message
The server at manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com is taking too long to respond.
All other sites seem OK, including the Virgin ones, is this my connection wrong or is something at Virgin broken? (Incidently if I try and raise an online complaint I can't because you need to select from a drop down what your complaint is about but the drop down box doesn't work) - I suspect Virgin.
Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been away. Its this part of the home page that doesn't work. I want to clear saved things from the Tivo. Thanks. So on the home page here https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html under My Saved Content there is an option ro "Manage my box" that doesn't!.
