I am a new Virgin TV customer, I my 360 boxes where installed on Thursday, but I am still not able to login to Virgin Go either via my phone or laptop. I can login to myvirgin no problem but virgingo will not accept my details

What errors are you getting when you try and sign in?

I now have full package with the Volt so, mobile, broadband, TV and phone. It just says account or password not recognised on both PC and mobile.

Can you confirm that you're using the primary MyVirginMedia details? Have you been able to sign into the TV Go App previously? Can you let us know if you have registered for the TV Go App previously? I get this every time I try to login into the app on my phone or PC, I have also followed the register option and it says I am already registered
