Login failed

Have been trying to log in to TV go for days now, both on my iPad and on my hubbys Samsung phone

we only get ‘log in failed’ I’ve tried via the website and through the app, we have both removed the app and reinstalled it

I have read on other threads it might be an email problem, I’m trying to get my original ‘blueyonder’ email back, it’s been escalated to IT have been waiting for a ticket update for 2 weeks, don’t know if that’s got anything to do with it

Can you please give us an update on the TV Go issue? Have IT been in touch with you?

Hello

still can’t get into TV Go, still says sign in failed (just tried again)
not heard a thing from IT
