Are you having issues with your MyViginMedia log in details? Are you able to still log into your online account via a browser? What happens when you attempt to log in via the online account on a browser? Can you access your account and see your details and bills ok?
Is it just the MyVigrinMedia App you are having issues with? If not, what other apps have you tried?
