I have been unable to get into the sky sports app since June as it says my email and/or password are incorrect. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and tried changing password (I will try again another way around).
Sorry to hear you've been unable to log into the Sky Sports App. Can I ask whether you're able to log into your Virgin Media cable account and other Virgin Media related apps? What does it say when you log into the Sky Sports App?
If you're not experiencing any issues logging into any Virgin Media Apps or accounts then we may need to log this with IT Support. Just one more thing, have you've tried logging in to Sky Sports via an actual browser and select log in using your Virgin Media credentials?
