I signed up for Virgin just over a week ago, and since then my broadband has been intermittently going down a few times a day.
However, I can't log-in to my Virgin Media account. It says it doesn't recognise either my username or my password. Which I know are correct (as I get billing-related emails sent to the same email address).
Is this a common problem? I really don't understand why I can't access my account.
