Just started getting this error when trying to watch recordings on App. I can see then click but get following error message
Not available Sorry - we can t play this at the moment (LicenseErrorCode. License. Invalid). I have restarted both my box and Android device but does not work. Was working fine yesterday

I understand how frustrating this can be for you, what I have done is chased up with both the Agent and team who were dealing with this to see if we can get you an update on the situation, either myself or my colleague will be back in touch with you.

Which agent is that I have not had a reply from the same person once over the month. The person who PMed me despite being chased never replied . Again I do not think you read the posts . I have asked for an update not the same we will get back to you. The only thing missing is you will do it ASAP . Is there any way of escalating this because at the moment I am paying for something I have not been able to use for a month with nothing close to an explanation as to why .

Thanks for coming back to me Morte, I have been looking into this and my colleague asked for some examples of the channels via private message, I cannot see a response to that message, have you been able to provide that as the team would need these examples to be able to look into the issues further.

Supplied a week ago via private message not sure why as it causes this issue . Click,The Vikings,Gogglebox,Van Der Valk,Ancient Egypt by Train,Blue Blood's,The Good Doctor,Building the Impossible,The Rookie.As I have said it is any programme recorded. On any channel not limited to anything. Also I can view programmes in real time so I must have a connection to the box as it's only recorded programmes which have the issue. It was supplies to Kain_W

Thanks for coming back to me Morte, are you able to watch any of the programmes listed above in on-demand or live TV using the TV GO app?
I will also be sure to pass this information onto the team for them to investigate the issues further.

If you read the previous comments you will see I have already stated that I can watch channels live but not recorded programs.I think I stated this over a month ago .

Problem no one reads previous comments before they ask a question
Problem no one answers questions asked eg how do I escalate.
Problem no one ever come s back to you
Is there any one on the Forum Team can inform me why it has taken over a Month and still no nearer an answer. Despite being told it's been passed on to 2nd line support.
