Just started getting this error when trying to watch recordings on App. I can see then click but get following error message
Not available Sorry - we can t play this at the moment (LicenseErrorCode. License. Invalid). I have restarted both my box and Android device but does not work. Was working fine yesterday

Right to update this I have reset my device "again " and deleted the TVGO and downloaded the new version. The error message has now changed to Not available Sorry - we can't play this at the moment 1. I have tried this on all recorded content and the message is the same . After re registering my device I can now watch box sets and live TV but nothing previously recorded . So the error message has changed but the symptoms are exactly the same .So despite the constant assurances that they would advise when you thought you had fixed it I have received no notification about the new version of the app and no contact as to if this version had fixed the issue .

I logged in yesterday and this morning to an updated App. Licence error message gone but replaced with "Not available Sorry we can't play this at the moment 1." Same as yourself. They haven't fixed the problem and appears that they have no intention of doing so anytime soon. I've given them (VM) loyal custom for years and have decided to end my dealing with them so I signed up with Sky and cancelled my contract with VM today.
