Leaving

Hi trying to cancel our Virgin media package but numerous times over 1 hour on phone and then get cut of Virgin wording very clever on website but no actual way to cancel online just makes the service even poorer hence another reason want to leave anybody else having same issue??

There is major issues with customer service at the moment I agree.

The best way to cancel is by phone 0345 454 1111 option 1-1-4-4.

Best time to call is between 8-10am as they are very busy at the moment and seemingly operating at much reduced level.
