Kindle Fire and Tv Go

Last posts I can find on this are a couple of years old. Can I watch Virgin TV, particularly BT sport on my Kindle fire that I have just purchased?

Re: Kindle Fire and Tv Go

Up until recently I was able to stream TV Go on my Kindle Fire HDX. Now it doesn't work, I am assuming that Virgin are not supporting this on the current silk browser. Is there another browser I can download to get this running again. It was great for streaming BT Sports.

Re: Kindle Fire and Tv Go

Hi pburns, thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately TV Go isn't currently supported on Kindle devices as things stand. I understand some devices will allow you to access via a browser - I'm unsure on which browsers will work specifically though, sorry about that.

Re: Kindle Fire and Tv Go

A few weeks ago I downloaded the TV Control app but it is no longer available. The TV Control app works fine apart from being able to stream recordings to my Kindle Fire 10. Very disappointed in Virgin.

Re: Kindle Fire and Tv Go

Hi, I can access TVGo via the website. My issue is with the TV Control app. When opening it, I am prompted to set up the streaming device that has been detected. This setup procedure fails, every time. I get the error code E=41 V=4
