Out of no where i logged on to virgin tv go app to watch some sport and it says you have reached max devices when i only have 3 registered is there any way you can reset it for me thanks.

This can be caused by frequent clearing of browser cookies.A VM Team person can reset this.
do u know anyway that i can contact them
