On my surface pro, t keeps saying the max number of devices reached , I only use the one device all the time, can you help please?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the TV Go device issues. Do you clear cache/cookies? If so, please continue to do so but leave the Virgin Media TV Go ones 🙂 I'll send you a PM now to get some details to get these devices reset.
