Every time i attempt to watch anything on my laptop, either via a browser or the Virgin TV App, it tells me max devices reached. I then go through the process of replacing one and it does the same again. Resulting in not being able to watch anything online. Both phone and tablet are unaffected

Our App is designed for mobile and tablets.
If you view on a browser then each time it recognises it as a new device.
You can use incognito mode if that helps.
I can reset the devices now if you like.
