Keeps saying max number of devices reached

Every time i attempt to watch anything on my laptop, either via a browser or the Virgin TV App, it tells me max devices reached. I then go through the process of replacing one and it does the same again. Resulting in not being able to watch anything online. Both phone and tablet are unaffected

Thank you for reaching out to us here, welcome to the community.

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you are having with your registered devices

Our App is designed for mobile and tablets.

If you view on a browser then each time it recognises it as a new device. 

You can use incognito mode if that helps.

I can reset the devices now if you like.

I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
